OOOHMAMA! Specializes in the creation of amazingly tasty vegan cashew-based cream cheez and versatile spreads. They come in 4 flavors: Plain, Queso, Jalapeño Green Onion, and Spinach Artichoke. The Queso and Jalapeño Green Onion are made with lacto-fermented pepper sauce which adds a nutritional and flavorful boost. The Plain can be used in any recipe that calls for cream cheese and I love mixing ACV with it to make a perfect salad dressing. All of the flavors can be added to your dishes as a perfect flavor enhancer. The Spinach Artichoke dip is served as a special at Carly’s Bistro.
